4. How we use personal information
Why we process personal information, the categories of people it relates to, who we share it with and how we protect it are set out in our Privacy Policy.
5. How to request access
- Complete the prescribed request form (PAIA Form 2), available from the Information Regulator's website, and email it to keiran@elite-autohaus.com or deliver it to our address above.
- Give enough detail for us to identify the records you want, and say how you would like access (for example a copy by email).
- If you are asking on behalf of someone else, include proof that you are authorised to do so.
- A prescribed request fee and, if access is granted, an access fee may be payable, as set out in the PAIA regulations. We will tell you if a fee applies before we process your request.
- We will respond within 30 days, as PAIA requires. Access may be refused only on the grounds set out in PAIA, and we will give you reasons if we refuse.
6. Complaints
If you are unhappy with our decision on your request, you may complain to the Information Regulator using PAIA Form 5, sent to PAIAComplaints@inforegulator.org.za, or apply to court.
